Rates
During the week, 8am to 5pm CST, rates for remote work is $100.00 USD per hour with a one half hour minimum ($50). We only charge when we are finished with your remote support and we are successful. For remote work requested other than Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm central time, rates for the first 30 minutes are $85.00 USD. Most support calls can be completed in this time. Please mention this website when scheduling for a remote session.
